We hope you will be happy with your purchase. We are committed to providing you with a good quality product or course at a competitive price.
If, however you do decide to change your mind, please be aware of the following conditions.
Please note that your place is only confirmed once we receive payment. We will confirm your booking when we send you a receipt.
Steve Bailey Acupuncture CPD Training will only store your contact details for use in relation to booking CPD courses, and not share them with any third party.
When courses become fully booked, we try to arrange supplementary dates in response to demand. If a course is full we will let you know, and automatically put your name on the waiting list, contacting you if a new date is arranged.
A full refund less £50 administration fee will be made if written consent is received up to 28 days prior to the workshop date. No refund will be made following this time.
Students are required to attend all workshops, take all tests and submit all assignments/modules set by their tutors. Failure to adhere to these guidelines/deadlines may render the student liable to certain penalties, such as re-sits, which may in turn affect the student's duration of studies, fees, completion, etc.
Purchase of books
We offer a full 14-day money back guarantee if you are not happy with your purchase(s). Before you receive the refund, we ask that you return the goods you have ordered from us at any time within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the goods.

You must inform Steve Bailey Acupuncture CPD Training of any change to your address and/or telephone number.
Steve Bailey Acupuncture CPD Training reserves the right to alter dates, fees and any particulars in the brochure/website without prior notice.
Steve Bailey Acupuncture CPD Training accepts no legal liability in the case of accidents, illness, loss of or damage to personal effects and mail. You will be asked to pay for any damage you cause to the premises and/or property of the courses.
Steve Bailey Acupuncture CPD Training reserves the right to expel any students for improper conduct or any conduct that interferes with the well-being of other students, staff or the reputation of the course and the day to day running of the course.
Course fees may be paid by instalments at the discretion of Steve Bailey Acupuncture CPD Training. There may be a charge for the facility.
